The breakfast area tends to get crowded and noisy, and it lacks fresh-squeezed orange juice, relying instead on premade sugary alternatives. Additionally, the pool's early closing time can be inconvenient for those who prefer to swim in the afternoon sun.

Request the vegan breakfast options in advance, as staff may not readily provide ingredient information during peak hours.

We had a fantastic stay with our big family! The views from our Executive Carmel & Sea View Room were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread each morning. The kids loved Danyland, the kids' club, which kept them entertained during our stay.

My wife says that the access to the pool area involves quite a few stairs, which made it challenging for our younger kids to navigate.

The hotel has a stunning view and spacious rooms. However, the food quality is disappointing, and the service can feel indifferent at times, particularly regarding room cleaning and dining. Overall, it’s a nice place but could use improvements in dining and service.

the dan carmel offers a prime location near the baha'i gardens, perfect for sightseeing. the deluxe carmel & sea view room was spacious and clean. the highlight was the exceptional breakfast, and the kids loved the play area. also, the large heated pool was fantastic for relaxing and exercising.

Loved the tasty breakfast spread, especially the vegan options! My room was clean with stunning sea views, and the staff mostly kept it professional. Plus, the location’s a gem, making it easy to explore nearby eateries like Ego and Bleecker Bakery.

A later pool closing would also score some major points, especially with that killer sunset vibe we missed out on.

During my stay, I loved the luxurious decor of the lobby and common areas, which were not only elegant but also easily accessible for seniors. The stunning views of Haifa Bay added to the delightful ambiance.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from staff during our stay. There was no room service menu, and when I called multiple times for assistance, the response was frustratingly slow. The overall decor of the hotel was outdated, and it felt like management was not paying attention to guest needs.

My stay was enjoyable with beautiful views of mount carmel and a fantastic breakfast selection that really made it a special experience. the hotel is perfectly situated near several key attractions like the baha'i gardens and the haifa museum of art for a leisurely walk.
